We're a recruiting agency focused on helping early stage startups hire. Our clients are mostly US-based startup founders making their first hires in engineering, product, design, marketing, or sales.

Our team is proudly based in Lagos, Nigeria, but we source candidates from all over the world. Most of the roles we work on are either focused on startup hubs like SFBA or NYC or are remote / distributed.

We're for-profit with an impact-focused mission. In addition to our core agency work, we also run free training programs to make it easier for talent in Nigeria to find high paid, remote jobs.
